By accessing huntos.hn, huntos.cloud, or related pages (the "Site"), you agree to these Website Terms of Use ("Site Terms") and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you become a member, the Membership and Share Allocation Terms also apply.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about Huntos, submit permitted enquiries, and complete membership if eligible. Any other use requires our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The Huntos brand, logos, text, graphics, software, and design on the Site are owned by Huntos Corporation or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our consent.
You may link to our homepage in a fair and legal manner that does not suggest endorsement or misrepresent Huntos.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw the Site or features for maintenance, security, legal, or capacity reasons.

The Site may offer an AI assistant. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Binding legal documents prevail. Messages may be processed via Huntos's AI gateway and third-party model providers under contract.
Do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal data into the assistant.

Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any investment or to take any legal or tax action. Seek independent professional advice tailored to your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntos is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for Site use is limited to NZD $100 except where liability cannot be limited.
Non-excludable consumer rights under mandatory laws remain unaffected.
10. Indemnity
You indemnify Huntos against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Site Terms, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

These Site Terms are governed by New Zealand law. Courts in New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
