Acceptable Use Policy

Version terms-2026-10-20 · Effective 20 October 2026

The short version

  • One Huntos share claim per real person — no bots, scripts, scraping, or multiple identities.
  • Do not misuse the AI assistant, attempt prompt injection, impersonate Huntos, or attack our systems.
  • Report security issues responsibly to [email protected].

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses huntos.hn, huntos.cloud, Huntos APIs, email infrastructure, and the AI assistant (together, the "Services"). It supplements the Membership and Share Allocation Terms and Website Terms of Use.

2. One claim per person

You must not create or attempt to create more than one membership or share claim for yourself, whether using different emails, devices, identities, or assistants.

You must not claim on behalf of another person or use synthetic, borrowed, or stolen identities.

3. Automation and scraping

You must not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated scripts to access the Services except through documented APIs we expressly permit.

You must not harvest member data, allocation details, or feed content for commercial use or to build competing databases.

4. AI assistant misuse

You must not use the assistant to generate spam, malware instructions, illegal content, or harassment.

You must not attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other techniques to override safety rules, exfiltrate system prompts, or access data belonging to others.

You must not rely on assistant output as professional advice or as authority to bind Huntos.

5. Impersonation and fraud

You must not impersonate Huntos, Michael Smith, our staff, regulators, or other members. You must not operate phishing sites or domains confusingly similar to huntos.hn or huntos.cloud.

6. Security

You must not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorisation; interfere with the Services; introduce viruses; or attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data.

Responsible disclosure: if you believe you found a security vulnerability, email [email protected] with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Do not publicly disclose before we have had a reasonable time to fix it.

7. Lawful use

You must comply with applicable law and not use the Services to facilitate crime, sanctions evasion, or money laundering. You must not upload unlawful or infringing material through support or assistant channels.

8. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel allocations, and report activity to authorities where appropriate. We may block IP ranges or automated traffic to protect the Services.
