Important Information and Risk Statement

Version terms-2026-10-20 · Effective 20 October 2026

The short version

  • Huntos Corporation is in formation — not yet incorporated. A free share allocation is a reservation of a share number, not a purchase; shares may be worth nothing and dividends may never be paid.
  • Shares are non-transferable with no market. Huntos is not currently licensed by any financial regulator. Nothing on this site is advice.
  • Protect yourself: we never charge for a claim, never ask for your password, and only use @huntos.hn or @huntos.cloud email. Verify us using the checks below.

1. Read this first

This statement highlights risks and key facts about Huntos. It does not replace the Membership and Share Allocation Terms, Privacy Policy, or other legal documents. If you are unsure whether participation is right for you, seek independent professional advice.

2. Huntos is in formation

Huntos Corporation is not yet incorporated. We intend to incorporate in New Zealand and will publish registration details on huntos.hn and huntos.cloud when complete.

Until incorporation and adoption of a constitution, an allocation reserves a specific share number for you in trust. It is not registration of legal title and the share class may not yet exist under company law.

3. Not an investment offer

Claiming a share is free. It is not an offer of financial products for subscription or purchase. Huntos is not currently licensed or registered by any financial regulator and holds no financial services licence.

No regulator has approved Huntos. Participation does not guarantee returns, dividends, or any monetary value.

4. Value and dividends

Your share may be worth nothing. Huntos does not guarantee value, liquidity, or profits. Dividends are discretionary, may never be declared or paid, and depend on lawful distributable profits and solvency tests under New Zealand law.

Notifications about Huntos investments are information only — not recommendations or advice. You are not required to buy anything. Recruiting others earns no reward.

5. Non-transferable shares

Shares cannot be sold, gifted, pledged, lent, or inherited. They retire on death or surrender. There is no secondary market.

6. One person, one share

Only one claim per natural person. Multiple claims, fake identities, or borrowed identities can lead to cancellation of all related allocations.

7. Verification

Identity verification is required before your first dividend (or earlier at milestones). Failure or delay can result in release of your allocation.

8. Scams and impersonation

Watch for these red flags — Huntos does not do them:

  • Ask you to pay money to receive a share or "activate" an allocation.
  • Promise guaranteed dividends, returns, or share price increases.
  • Pressure you to recruit others for payment or rewards.
  • Contact you from email domains other than @huntos.hn or @huntos.cloud (except portfolio companies with your separate consent).
  • Ask for your password, full bank login, or payment card details to claim a share.
  • Impersonate regulators claiming Huntos is "approved" for investment returns.

9. How to verify Huntos

Before you trust a message or site claiming to be Huntos:

  • Use official websites huntos.hn or huntos.cloud (huntos.co.uk and huntos.uk redirect to our official presence).
  • Check that email senders use @huntos.hn or @huntos.cloud only.
  • Start claims only from those official sites — not from links in unsolicited messages.
  • Report suspicious messages to [email protected] and [email protected].
  • Read our Trust and safety materials on the Website for updated warnings.

10. AI assistant limitations

The assistant may be wrong. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. Binding documents on the Website prevail. Do not share sensitive personal data in chat.

11. Consumer rights

Nothing here excludes non-excludable consumer rights under New Zealand, UK, Australian, or similar mandatory laws.
